John Halby President

John Halby as CEO and President of ASP Web Solutions, LLC has over 20+ years as an information technology consultant specializing in ERP Applications such as Oracle, Peoplesoft and Salesforce. He has worked in the role of a database administrator supporting administration in all phases of the development and production life cycle.

John brings experience as an IT Consultant with a technical background having knowledge in designing, developing, and supporting IT and Software Applications at an Enterprise level.

His experience as a technical subject matter expert gives ASP a unique insight into providing solutions for DOD and Federal customers.

Leslie Hurd Executive Manager

Leslie Hurd, Executive Manager of ASP Web Solutions, LLC has over 25+ years experience supporting the US Navy while both on active duty and as a contractor. As a retired Navy Chief, she specialized in management and administrative services. As a contractor she has worked in the roles of a program manager, project manager, knowledge base manager and has supported multiple sectors of the DOD and the US Department of Agriculture.
